Integrity Investments, Inc is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Near Janesville, WI

Maintenance Technician

  • Ensure that all building systems are organized with air conditioning, heating, appliances and plumbing facilities in good working order
  • Diagnose and repair routine problems such as clogged toilets, leakages, minor electrical problems, etc
  • Identify and complete, if possible, routine preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of future problems
  • In conjunction with the property manager, identify the need for external professionals required to carry out repairs
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with external professionals to insure that work is completed accurately and at a fair price
  • Respond to and complete tenant maintenance requests on a timely basis
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with tenants and ensure that tenant work requests are completed accurately and on a timely basis
  • Ensure that all maintenance requests are closed out on Appfolio
  • Proactively identify future maintenance needs and communicate them to the property manager and corporate office
  • Ensure that the property is maintained in a safe manner for tenants, visitors and contractors
  • Remove unsightly trash if necessary
  • Remove equipment etc. that may be hazardous
  • Ensure that mowing and snow removal and salting are performed promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure that all maintenance, painting and cleaning are done on a timely basis to allow quick turn over of apartments
